About Angela

I started working in the fitness industry in 2005 and had been involved recreationally for many years before that.  At the age of 35, I did my first figure competition.  In 2004 I decided to quit the oil and gas industry to become a personal fitness trainer.  I played softball, fastball, modified slow-pitch, and slow-pitch from the age of 7 until I had my first child at the age of 40.  Baseball was my life and then working out and training with weights became a passion and part of my life as well. 

In 2006 I graduated from the Mount Royal College PFT Certification Program.  While attending the PFT program I worked at Balance Health and Fitness, then from there I became a business owner/operator of my own company Elite Fitness & Personal Training Inc.  At the same time, I also worked for Bikini Bootcamp, Survivor Bootcamp, ran my own boot camps and worked at Kensington Fitness.

In 2011 I had my first child and became a stay-home parent.  Now I am a proud mom of two handsome energetic boys.  My boys are now in school full-time, and I have decided to come back to pursue my passion and career as a personal fitness trainer.
